Model-making has been a cornerstone of my growth as an architecture student, enabling me to bridge the gap between conceptual ideas and their tangible realization. By creating physical and digital models, I have gained a deeper understanding of spatial relationships, scale, and form, while honing my ability to communicate design concepts effectively to clients and collaborators. Beyond design visualization, I have delved into technical construction and fabrication techniques, exploring how materials and structures come together in the built environment. I have developed a strong foundation in precision and craftsmanship from experimenting with various materials and assembly methods in physical models to utilizing digital tools like SketchUp and other CAD software. This hands-on exploration has deepened my appreciation for the relationship between design, construction, and fabrication, equipping me with essential skills to navigate the complexities of architectural practice.
